DLF Brands Private Limited (“DBL”) is a premier player in the Indian retail sector which came into existence in 2006. In view of exploring the luxury eyewear retail sector, DBL has entered into distributor agreement with Luxottica India Eyewear Private Limited (Luxottica India) for the operation of retail chain named “Lenscrafters” (wholly owned by Luxottica group SPA) for sale of Luxottica branded eyewear and accessories (“Luxottica products”) in India.
This website (“Website”) has been set up and is operated and maintained by DBL for the purpose of display of Luxottica products to be sold by DBL at their retail store “Lenscrafter” for end consumers.
